Promotion eligibility criteria and reward redemption process may differ by state, utility area, customer location, sign-up method, billing type, and/or the solar project that you are applying to. This promotion may only be available for a limited time based on solar project fill rates and other considerations, and may be suspended or terminated by Perch at any time. Gift card promotion value is for promotional purposes only, without money or other value given in exchange. References to ‘Perch’ and ‘Perch Community Solar’ refer to entities in the Perch Energy family of companies.

For New York residents with Consolidated Edison utility accounts, residing in a Nuveen-owned property and enrolling via face-to-face signup with a Perch representative:

This promotional offer is available to those who:

  1. Are offered the promotion during the face-to-face sign-up process with a Perch sales agent
  2. Complete all enrollment steps with a Perch sales agent between June 7, 2024 and August 31, 2024
  3. Are eligible for the community solar subscription
  4. Have been assigned to a solar farm for at least thirty (30) days

Once these criteria are met, an email with instructions to secure a $75 e-gift card will be sent to the email address provided by you for this subscription, as long as you are still an actively subscribed customer at that time. You will have 90 days to select a gift card once you receive this email, after which the selection link will expire.

For New York and Illinois utility customers enrolling via Perch’s self-serve digital website sign-up process:

This promotional offer is available to those who:

  1. Are offered the promotion on Perch's website during the sign-up process
  2. Complete all enrollment steps using the digital platform on Perch's website
  3. Are eligible for the community solar subscription
  4. Receive a countersigned community solar agreement from Perch

Once these criteria are met, an email with instructions to secure a $75 e-gift card will be sent to the email address provided by you for this subscription, as long as you are still an actively subscribed customer at that time. You will have 90 days to select a gift card once you receive this email, after which the selection link will expire.

For utility customers in Perch-serviced states except New York and Illinois enrolling via Perch’s self-serve digital website sign-up process:

This promotional offer is available to those who:

  1. Are offered the promotion on Perch's website during the sign-up process
  2. Complete all enrollment steps using the digital platform on Perch's website
  3. Are eligible for the community solar subscription
  4. Have paid their first invoice from Perch by the due date
  5. Are an actively subscribed customer at the time of gift card selection with a payment method on file

Once these criteria are met, an email with instructions to secure a $75 e-gift card will be sent to the email address provided by you for this subscription, as long as you are still an actively subscribed customer at that time. You will have 90 days to select a gift card once you receive this email, after which the selection link will expire.  There may be a delay of many months after enrollment before the applicable solar project is operational, and you may also be placed on a waitlist.  As a result, there may be a delay of many months until you receive the first invoice from Perch.
